When the order arrived I was informed that the order was too heavy for a 1 man delivery I had to ask 2 workmen off the street to help the driver If this is the case why was it send with 1 man

Thank you for your review. The issue was not that the bag was too heavy, it was due to the slope the property was on. Our delivery terms are very clear in stating that the delivery method you chose (pallet trolley) cannot be used on slopes. The driver went above and beyond to make this delivery when they would have been entirely within their rights to abort delivery.
