Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the goods had already been dispatched before you informed us there was going to be an issue. We did arrange with the haulier to deliver to the alternative address but unfortunately this was not corrected on the bag labelling. We did inform you on the day that the driver would take it to the new address still with no issue but you insisted on unloading it where it was.

Thank you for your response. It is disappointing to receive this kind of feedback when the delivery method is so clearly advertised both before and after purchase. You have obviously read the delivery terms but decided that your slope is nothing to worry about despite our clear delivery instructions saying we cannot deliver to slopes under ANY circumstances. A "slight" slope is still a slope in the same way that a driveway with "a bit of gravel on" is still a gravel driveway. We put enormous effort into ensuring customers are aware of this before purchase. Any issues that arose were due to the delivery location not being suitable for the delivery method clearly advertised.
