Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, vehicle breakdowns are out of our control. We kept you informed throughout the day and ensured that the delivery was made first thing the following morning before works were due to start. Had the delivery date not been delayed by yourselves the goods would have been on site much earlier.

Lots of black rubble and dust in one bag.

Purchasing was fine. When the driver arrived he was a bit concerned with the drop kerb being an issue for the trolley but spent time making sure all three pallets were placed securely on the drive....
