Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you feel you were not treated correctly. Unfortunately smaller consignments such as bulk bags are delivered by a 3rd party pallet network. On occasion we are at the mercy of a poorly performing depot who do not uphold the high standards we expect from agents working on our behalf.

Excellent service and value for money

The cobble rejects were delivered in good, strong bulk bags on new, neat pallets. Delivery was prompt, polite and helpful (the pallets positioned exactly where requested on the drive).
