Thank you for your reply. On this occasion it was neccesary to sub the delivery of product out to a third party. Being a supplier to a number of builders merchants we are able organise delivery at short notice particularly during busy periods. At no point were you told the product would be any particular type of stone. It is sold as 'Type 1' which means it has to satisfy certain criteria. A number of materials meet Type 1 specification making them fit for purpose.

Further to this review the customer has ordered more of the same product despite their discontent with the product supplied.
