Thank you for your reply. You were informed at the time of purchase that the product would be straight off the road and thus unscreened. Due to the nature of Road Planing work the presence of the odd catseye is unavoidable unless the material is screened which would increase the cost significantly.

Thank you for your review. Despite the driver managing to negotiate the slope it is still a breach of our delivery conditions and we should have been informed by you prior to delivery. We are lucky the driver was able to unload or charges would have been incurred.

Unfortunately, in some cases it is difficult to give a delivery date for certain products without an order. It is a great drain on resources when a customer says they want an order for a certain day and then change their mind and cancel after all the arrangements have been made.

Thank you for your response. Your order stated you wanted a PM delivery. I am afraid choosing a delivery time is not possible and your delivery confirmation clearly showed your delivery date and the delivery window of 0800-1800hrs.
