Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Fair price and good service

Thank you for your response. The delivery method for small orders is made very clear before purchase. We are unable to offer materials at prices customers are willing to pay with HIAB delivery. If the delivery method for small orders is unsuitable there are other options available at additional charge.
