Poor delivery method

I had to push the pallet truck up the lorry bed to unload the 875kg bags. There should be a Hiab lift to unload the items that’s what the bags are designed for.

Thank you for your review. The delivery method was clearly stated before and after purchase in both text and video form making it clear that a HIAB would not be used for this delivery. This gave plenty opportunity for you to assess whether the chosen delivery method was suitable for your property before dispatch of the goods. The driver made every effort to ensure the delivery still went ahead despite the location not being suitable.
