How do we deal with fake reviews?

We are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with certain aspects of your recent visit to Disneyland Paris booked with MagicBreaks by World Travellers. We haven't had any recent other such reported issues at Sequoia Lodge but we would of course welcome the opportunity to review this fully and raise the salient points with Disneyland Paris on your behalf and would ask you to email us full details, including your booking details, to us at customerfeedback@WorldTravellers.co.uk. As you travelled in May 2013 this may be a little too late for them to fully investigate however the feedback is always invaluable to help increase standards for future visits and other customers.
