Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We do agree that travelling in the week can be a different experience and is often cheaper, however the majority of people seem to want to incorporate weekends into their holidays due to time of work etc. Definitely a top tip for those with flexible dates however!
