At Insight Vacations, we believe the magic ingredient for creating the perfect journey is the careful planning and preparation that goes into it in advance. Therefore, we are delighted to read that you found our itineraries so enjoyable. The Gran Hotel La Florida is one of our luxury boutique accommodations that has been carefully selected for its scenic setting and spectacular ocean view. However, we know that our guests' look forward to exploring the city and that is why we are sure to include many wonderful sightseeing opportunities into the itinerary. Additionally, while the rooms and facilities at the accommodations do vary in style in each destination, Insight Vacations strives to select the best hotels to compliment your itinerary. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that every room will have a specific view, however our hotel partners do try to provide rooms with views wherever possible. Furthermore, we regret to learn that some of your belongings were left behind at one of the hotels; yet, we are happy to read that you were able to have your items returned. In addition, it concerns us to read that you were underwhelmed with the service and dining experiences on your journey. Nonetheless, we are very grateful for your feedback and moving forward we will be looking into the points that you have raised, to ensure the continuation of the high standards that we expect.

We work passionately to create the perfect balance of included and Optional Experiences that will enhance our guests enjoyment of their tours. Therefore, while it disappoints us to read that the experiences were not all suited to your preferences; we have forwarded your comments to our Product Development team, for their consideration going forward. Nonetheless, we still hope that you have taken some great memories away from your time on the tour, and thank you for your feedback. 

While at the end of day 7 our guests bid farewell to their Insight Traveling Concierge; those continuing on the cruise are taken in the special care of the concierge service on-board. Although, we are very pleased that you found the land portion of the tour to be excellent, we are nonetheless disappointed that you did not feel as satisfied with the cruise. Therefore, we have passed these comments on to our Operations team for their review. That said; we really hope that you have still taken some lasting memories away from your experience. 

It pleases us to read that you felt the service provided by the Tour Director was well planned out and considerate. Furthermore, we have raised your suggestion of a contact list to our Operations team to be shared with the Tour Director and help to make our guests experiences even more complete. As well, we can assure you that at Insight Vacations our guests’ well-being is our number one priority, and we truly hope that your sister is feeling in much better health. Nevertheless, we are delighted that our itinerary gave you so much enjoyment, and we hope that you will journey with us to many more exciting destinations in the future. 

Our passionate team on the ground put a lot of effort in behind the scenes to ensure the very best experiences for our guests. That is why; it delights us to read that you truly enjoyed the professionalism of the Travelling Concierges and Driver. As well, we strive to select the finest accommodations to complement each itinerary; so it disappoints us to learn that a hotel did not live up to your expectations. As a result, we will look into this further to ensure the continuation of the high standards that we expect. Furthermore, we have forwarded your suggestion of a whole day at leisure to our Product Development team for their consideration.
