For any difficulties involving your private transfers we advise our guests to contact our Europe Reception Centre on the number provided in the travel documents. However, all of our complimentary transfers operate on specific dates and times as scheduled for each tour. Nevertheless, we hope that you did not experience any discomfort at the airport.
