However, we regret that you were unable to view the tower up close and we will address this concern to ensure any similar situations can be avoided in the future. This tour takes our guests through some of the picturesque historic cities of Eastern Canada and we've found that the additional cruise is a nice relaxing way to help our guests explore more of these charming cities in depth. Therefore, it pleases us to read that you had a great experience overall with Luxury Gold and we hope that you will join us to learn more about some of our other exciting destinations in the future.

We are sorry to read that you encountered difficulties with some of the amenities at the hotel near Florence, and we will look into this further with the hotel to ensure that they have been fixed.
