The star ratings and the facilities provided by each hotel do vary from city to city. Our Travelling Concierges are there to ensure that your journey is enjoyable and runs smoothly the whole time; therefore, it disappoints that the service did not live up to your expectations. Similarly, while guests can look forward to smaller group sizes and extra legroom on our coaches than on a standard 53 seater; we regret to learn that the size of the group was not suited to your preferences.
