It certainly pleases us to read that you enjoyed our centrally located accommodations throughout tour. However, we regret to learn that some of your experiences with the hotels and meals were not as you had anticipated. As a result, we have forwarded your concerns regarding the relaxed starts and meals to our Operations team to be looked into further. As well, we have passed on your thoughts about the allocation of water to our Product Development team, to help make the necessary changes. However, we are concerned that the Lunch Stops and wine tasting experience at L'AND Vineyards did not meet your expectations.
