The Gran Hotel La Florida selected for its luxury and stunning views has a shuttle service free of charge for their guests use. In addition, the hotel and your Travelling concierge are happy to help arrange private transfer should it be requested. Furthermore, we are very sorry to learn that the cuisine and length of stay at some destinations did not live up to your expectations. As a result, we have forwarded your concerns to our Quality Control and Product development department to help make any necessary improvements.
