The Ultimate Italy itinerary has been carefully made to give our guests the best Italian experiences in a snapshot of time. That is why; it truly pleases us to read that you had a wonderful time on the tour from start to finish. It is great to learn that you enjoyed our itineraries and the included time to spend at leisure. Yet, we are certainly concerned that there were a few aspects of the tour that were not as you had anticipated. Regarding the late cancellation of your Optional Experience and the closing of the swimming pools; we truly regret to learn that on this rare occasion you were unable to enjoy these included features of the tour. However, our guests' safety is our number one priority and we appreciate your understanding of the situation. Furthermore, while we hope that you enjoyed your helicopter ride, it disappoints us to read that you opted not to participate in the included castle tour and dinner. Nevertheless, we have forwarded all of your concerns to our Operations and Product Development teams, for their respective review and consideration. That said; we hope by taking on board your feedback we can make the necessary improvements, and we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us with your impressions of the tour.

On the occasion that our tours include steps and varied terrain; our Tour Directors and Local Experts will help guide are guests safely to each location. However, information regarding tour participation can be found online and in our brochures. Furthermore, it pleases us to read we were able to help personalise the tour to suit the preferences of the group, and to learn that your journey to the Elephant Sanctuary stood out as a highlight of your experience. Additionally, we regret to read that you were unable to visit the national park due to its closure. What's more; our highly skilled Tour Directors are always there to help manage the different needs among those touring with us. Yet, we sincerely hope that you were still able to leave your time in Sri Lanka with some lasting memories.
