Therefore, it saddens us to learn that the Hotel Napoleon in Paris didn't meet your expectations. We are sorry to learn of any miscommunication that you encountered regarding our group sizes and to read that you found walking challenging during the tour. Although, we would like to kindly inform you that information about guest participation and our group sizes can be found on our website and in our brochures. Similarly, a full list of our hotels and their ratings can also be found in this way; however, we regret to find out that the accommodations did not meet your expectations. Therefore, we will certainly check with the hotels to ensure they are up to the high quality that we expect at Insight Vacations.
