Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the rooms at the accommodations will have a specific view; although, our hotel partners do try to provide rooms with a view when possible. Also, our itineraries are carefully crafted so that our guests can experience the best sights in the snapshot of time they have with us. However, we appreciate that an alternative route and destinations would have been better suited to your preferences. Furthermore, we are sorry to read that this time you were not as impressed with your dining experiences as you were during your last journey with Insight Vacations. However, we always strive to ensure that the quality of the cuisine on our tours is up to the high standards that we expect. What’s more, our luxury touring coaches have been customised to give our guests more legroom and extra comfort than on a normal 53 seater coach; yet, we are sorry to hear that the size of the group was not what you had anticipated.
