However, our Reservations Agents are always happy to help answer any questions and organise your tour. Furthermore, we are delighted that you felt our Luxury Gold service lived up to its value, and that many moments throughout your journey stood out as highlights. 

Thank you for writing to us with your concerns regarding the high altitudes. As a result, we have passed on your feedback to our Operations team, as our guests well-being is our number one priority. Additionally, it disappoints us to learn that some of the experiences were not to your preferences; therefore, we have sent these comments to our Product Development team for their consideration. Furthermore, we would like to extend our deepest condolences and inform you that for any help with your travel insurance claims, our Insight Experts will be available to offer their assistance. 

Unfortunately, on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances it may be necessary to make changes to our itineraries at short notice.
