We are, however, sorry to learn of your disappointment regarding the overnight stay in Aomori. Your suggestion to return to Tokyo the same day for additional time in the city is appreciated, and we understand how valuable that extra time would have been. Your feedback will be reviewed by our Product Development Team as we look at ways to refine and improve the itinerary for future departures.
We're also very sorry that your hotel experience in Tokyo did not meet expectations. A clean and comfortable environment is fundamental, and we sincerely apologise for the issues with cleanliness and the ventilation noise during your second stay. We appreciate your suggestion regarding alternative hotel options and will take this into consideration when evaluating our accommodation partners.
Lastly, we regret that your sushi-making experience fell short, particularly in comparison to the high standards set by the Travel Concierge throughout the rest of your journey.
