Regarding the journey to Pisa and the time spent in Cinque Terre, we appreciate your perspective. Unforeseen traffic incidents can unfortunately affect timings, but we are sorry that this impacted your plans to attend Mass and that you did not feel fully supported in finding alternatives. Your experience highlights an area where we can do better in providing clearer guidance and more proactive assistance in unexpected situations.
