Hopeless customer service
Goods took way too long to be delivered. They offer approximately 2 weeks delivery after purchase. We waited over 2 months. Too many excuses were made regarding the delays.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for all of our customers although, when an item is purchased whilst on pre-order we are unable to guarantee when it will be received into our warehouse. As a result we can only provide the time frames and approximate ETA's which are outlined by the manufacturer. On most occasions the details provided are correct or as close as possible to the expected receipt date, however from time to time the ETA of items on pre-orders can be pushed back for a number of reasons. We sincerely apologise for the delays experienced and thank you for your patience.
