Excellent service from Lucketts! Patient, friendly and helpful drivers on both trips. The pupils felt safe and estimates for arrival and departure time where spot on. Will use again.
The service is generally good, but we did have issues on one occasion with a driver and a route taken but this was taken up with the office accordingly.
We always use Lucketts for our school visits and very rarely have any problems. But on this last occasion they sent us a coach that was filthy, it had old sandwiches wrappers cans etc on the floor...

Thank you for your feedback. Further to our phone call, we're sorry that on this occasion the coach was not up to our usual high standards and there was some rubbish left on the floor under seats. We have processes in place to ensure that any complaint or customer query is dealt with so unfortunately we don't know where this fell down and resulted in us not receiving your email. I hope that in future we can restore your faith in our service.
