Thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund on the day of travel as we could have accepted other work for the coach if we had more notice. We offer as much flexibility as we can and also suggested that perhaps your group could use the coach hire to go somewhere else if your event was cancelled at short notice. However we are pleased that your event could go ahead in the end and hope your journey with us was comfortable.
