The timings were all wrong which caused a mass of problems. Plus operations team not helpful when I asked about refund/complaint

Hi, we understand that there was some confusion about your coach hire timings as we had received two bookings from you for the same journey. We apologise as we should have spotted this mistake earlier. We did avoid sending double the vehicles required for your journey but we didn't notice that the timings on your bookings were not identical. I believe a member of the team has been in touch with you today and will get back to you shortly regarding compensation.

Staff advised on arrangements for our trip to Goodwood, and all arrangements went to plan. Driver was excellent; friendly and really knowledgeable.
