Sorry to hear that you dislike our postage policy; there are certain set costs that we have to bear on each order and our postage policy reflects this. We thought about following other sites by having a minimum order value, but decided that we'd rather offer our customers the choice of ordering just one button if they really need one. However, without our fixed delivery charge we wouldn't be able to offer these small orders. It's always great to have your feedback and if many of our customers say they would prefer a minimum order value, we may revisit our policy on this. Thanks for your comment! The loveknitting team
