Thank you for your feedback and we too are disappointed. We informed you of our intention to deliver following an update from our supplier, this agreeement could then unfortunately not be met. They are a small team creating an artisan product who are working hard to manage unprecedented orders since winning the Worlds Best Cheese. They are not prepared to lower the quality of the product in order to reduce waiting times, they want to deliver the very best product that they possibly can. We are working specifically with this supplier to keep communication open and honest so that we can keep our customers well informed of any changes. Once again, our sincere apologies.
