Hi Jasmin We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service you received. According to our records, you placed your order on 28 May 2025 at 16:04. You selected the standard 3 to 5 working day delivery option. We did have some delays over this period due to moving premises, however, your order was delivered on 04 Jun 2025 at 10:00, making this the 5th working day. It does seem that your order was delivered within the time frame that you selected when ordering. All customers receive acknowledgement of their order, then dispatch notification followed by courier details. There would not be anything else to update you on and we apologise if you expected more details from us. Returns and exchanges can take up to 14 working days to be fully processed for exchange or refund. This is clearly set out in our terms and conditions listed on our website. These details are also listed on the portal when booking your item in for return. According to our records your return was processed and refunded within this timeframe. Hi Geraldine Your order was returned to us by customs. We have queried this with our couriers and they have the return listed as a customs error. As your order was returned it was automatically refunded. Shipping would not usually be refunded on a return but as this was a customs error the shipping was refunded separately.
