We have passed your comments on to the Bus Company as we do include a map on your confirmation email showing the location of each of the bus stops for this service. We also advise on the ‘more information’ section for all of our transfer services displayed on the website the important information and for this service we do stress that you need to have a printed copy of your confirmation in order to travel on the service. This information is also shown on the actual confirmation email and is a requirement of the bus company who operates this service.
