Good morning, i have looked through your feedback, the issue is that a lot of the competitions on our site are instant win competitions which have many prizes in one competition, giving people the chance to win a lot more than one prize which is the name of the game.
of course if someone has say won £500 cash instant win, they might spend another £50 or even £150 back into the game searching for more prizes to win.
Now at the end of the competition if a person has won a fair few prizes and it has been played a lot, that person is going to have more tickets in general for the main end prizes.
We do cap ticket purchases from one person to 5% only, for this very reason. On the other hand when looking at it, if a person buys there maximum tickets in a comp then doesn't win and the winner say has 2 tickets the person who had a lot more loses more and there annoyed?
it's a little of a gamble at the end of the day, i also seen you won a few instant wins yourself as well?
Unfortunately there will be always someone who can afford a few more tickets and this will be a varied thing on all competition sites hence why we cap this at 5% only. I have deleted your account on your request from your email.
