I'm sorry to read that you're having some issues with setting up the Flipper remote. I'm a little concerned that our emails aren't getting through to you as we 've tried to contact you in August and December so hopefully you will receive this message. If you would like to arrange a return of the item we can replace it or perhaps suggest an alternative, it sounds like the remote may be faulty.
