The dog is designed to soothe and act as a companion in the room but as you say it isn't "cuddly" as such so may not be suitable for everyone. This is incredibly rare and we do try to fix any issues where we can or replace the item but I can understand that given your experience with it you chose instead to return it. We do feedback to our suppliers on any issues so that we can try to reduce these occurrences in future models.

Unfortunately the puppy isn't designed to be cuddly and we have tried to make this clear on our website to avoid any disappointment. It is generally more of a soothing aid to stroke than interact with.  However, we can appreciate that this is not suitable for everyone and due to feedback similar to yours we are working to be able to offer a more interactive and cuddly pet in the future.
