The Chillows I purchased was not available at first because they were a new item. I asked to be informed when they were available and sure enough I received an e mail as soon as they were in stock....
Great service and my little granddaughter loves her new underwear...I hadn't seen anything that would suit, anywhere else. She has a stoma and the underwear has really helped.
