I am sorry to hear of your disappointment of the bracelet tarnishing. We offer a 1 year warranty which is set because that period covers any defects that might appear. Tarnishing, however, is generally considered a natural result of wear, exposure and the way that the item is cared for which is why it isn't covered beyond the initial warranty period. All metals, especially plated items react differently depending on the environment they are exposed to and everyone's skin. Tarnishing isn't a sign of poor quality, it's a natural chemical reaction which varies from person to person due to everyone's skin having unique PH levels and natural oils. We are not able to repair tarnishing or replate items. Unfortunately, due to the item being over 2 years outside of our warranty, you was provided a goodwill 15% discount, however we are unable to replace or refund the bracelet.
