Thank you for you reply which I guess is par for the course from complaints dept say little admit nothing Could you please answer the following 1.you took the premium twice but said the payment had failed hence why I rang and paid 2. Why was I told twice the monies were on the way , clearly not as on my third call I was told they were not 3. I raised a complaint twice via you complaints e mail too be told “ I don’t think that gets read “ 4. Why do you think it’s acceptable to wait for my monies to be returned
