Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for the feedback. Administration fees are in our Terms of Business Agreement which was supplied to you when the policy started. We only charge fees for policy adjustments, not new business or renewals which many brokers do. Regards Gary

Well if that's not an automated or indeed scripted reply I don't know what is. Don't quote terms and conditions (who reads them). The £20 charge is still a total rip off on such a small additional premium. !!!!!!
