oh great they have reveiwed their procedures no mention of the £100 pounds i am missing due to their miss selling policies people beware they are all the same i call it legalised theft we need to have it so they can rob us blind and get away with it and when they screw up it is always at our expense give these a wide birth only took them3 months to do nothing my money is long gone on one of their team building weekends you hear about
