Horrendous from start to finish
Upon attempting to book the first time I was told rooms were available but after the payment was attempted an error message came up saying to phone the hotel to be told it was full.

Disappointing sales
Paid for a one night stay and didn't realise the park was shut on the dates due to unclear information (found out on the confirmation email!)

Okay but customer service very poor
Booking was easy and straightforward. However I have wanted to amend and add a few things and trying to get in touch with them has been horrendously difficult!!
