Phone line on website does not work.
Booking dinner / breakfast a problem, I figured it was because you only book up to 20 days ahead after several attempts.
You offer a special stay for first time...

Online was awful, I kept getting emails encouraging me to book asap but booking was failed everytime online...
However I emailed a booking advisor who was absolutely fantastic
