Straightforward
It was very easy to book with Legoland Holidays, all the options were clearly shown, I had a choice between different options and there aren't hidden charges.

Online information is lacking so hard to plan
Booking the hotel and park was fine but I struggled with the meals and swimming... it was hard first of all to find info about what times things were open, I had to google and have lots of tabs open....
