I only put 4 as the add ons aren't explained. I wanted to get the birthday bundle for my son but because I couldn't find anything anywhere that told me what it consisted of I've not booked it

Helpful customer service
Izzy was friendly and knowledgeable and went to find out thins she didn’t know. I felt much more secure in my choices than if I had booked online.

Food was below average
The hotels main restaurant was shut, this meant we had to eat in the bar restaurant and the staff couldn't cope. Waited nearly 2hrs for our main meals, only to turn it away, as it was not fit to eat.
