I sent an email asking a question to your service, for a response to take 3-5 days is a bit long for a customer service orientated business.

Don’t try and ask questions
Contact by telephone and chat appalling. Non existent for any questions prior to booking. No obvious phone number given on website in relation to short breaks. Still waiting for answer to contact...
