Good but not seamless
The booking system is pretty smooth. Couple of things make it a little frustrating; 1. When making a booking for 2 rooms it is not possible to specify 2 rooms of different themes which is annoying....

For some reason found booking process confusing.
Found booking confusing .the way it is worded ,could be explained better.phoned customer team and waited 30 mins to get through.
Need clearer explanation of booking , with dates , consecutive days etc
