Best costumer service I have had in a while.
The lovely lady I spoke to informed me of the new things coming to the park and what my stay would look like. She explained what was in the room and how it is laid out. And answered all my questions....

The people in the call centre were brilliant, but when booking online being unable to change the date on the day pass isn't possible and therefore 4 stars not 5 stars
