Because if the coronvirus and the problems its has caused we had how first booking ib April cancelled. We was offered a voucher and when we redeemed it . It was very easy to do.

Poor service
I have booked had no info sent to me and after a week of trying to speak to any one to get help I have been unable to do so. My half email with a booking ref dose not seem to work
