Unclear what is included eg day 1 tickets and parking. Only mention 2nd day
I assumed Pre 16:00 check in meant tickets and parking on first day at my expense. Break mentions 2nd day free but not that day of check in and parking is included in the break. I’ve now duplicated...

Quick and easy to book online
It was so easy to book a night in a hotel and 2 days in the park online. Literally took me 5 minutes to enter all information and pay :)

Poor contact
I cannot contact anyone to amend my booking . Be very careful when you make your booking . Shame really as it is no any cheap holiday . I sent an email and still not heard from anyone . All the lines...

Very easy to book. When I checked details and wanted to add car park after I had booked the park and hotel it was extremely easy they didn’t need my bank details again. Very pleasant experience.
