Good but could be bettrr
Fairly easy to use although some booking questions couldn’t be answered by the FAQ and the recorded phone message says that booking queries can’t be taken. This needs improving on.

Super easy!
I found it super easy to book online. I had to call customer services to ask about my gift voucher and the lady was really nice and very helpful. She sorted it all out for me. Can’t wait to go now!

Easy booking.
Easy booking. Details on site were succinct and relevant for our visit. Liked the opportunity to have a choice of suitable hotels nearby.

Thoroughly read everything in the confirmation email
Although the booking itself was fine, more attention needs to be brought in the email confirmation that action is required - i.e. booking tables etc
