Outstanding service, rescheduling our holiday was a pleasure
Amazing! We had to reschedule and the call centre made it really easy to transfer the dates and all the extras we'd booked to the previous week.

The website would not accept my payment and kept freezing everytime i tried so i called to book, it was almost closing & the lady i spoke to said i needed to call the bank and call back tomorrow....
