Diabolical booking
Initial booking confirmation did not come through via email.
Cannot add on another night because no booking reference.
Had to call and wait on hold for over 30 mins at 13p per minute.
Got cut off....

Good booking system, some improvements could be added.
Fairly easy to book and add meal/extras. It’s unclear if it’s easy to collect food at the park or if you need to book restaurant times under new Covid situation. This should be in terms/explained...

Amateur service with falsely advertised room deal!
Not falsely advertise room rates with other hotels, ensure room details are accurate and be able to take a phone call, all lines unavailable! Not very professional given costs of breaks!
