Good Afternoon John, I have checked through your account with us to understand why the parcel was late being delivered, you placed your order with us on the 11/07/2018 at 17:30, our cut off for picking orders the same day is 4 o clock, your order was placed after this time this means that your order isn't picked till the next day 12/07/2018, your delivery service with us was the 3-5 day service (Not including weekends) I believe this is why you thought your order had been delayed. As i understand it the parcel was delivered on the 14th at around 16:04 this would have the delivery from picking the item in our warehouse to your doorstep in 48 hours, please accept our apologies if the information around your due delivery date wasn't clear enough and caused any issues.

The man did deliver on the day and I was I the garden i came to the back gate and thr delivery man was just getting into his van,then the next day another man delivered the parcel,You service is good it’s the delivery men.???
