Last batch of Led bulbs that state 15000 hours last only 2 to 3 months, that’s not a saving in cost or replacement time , we have 10 foot ceilings and the idea is they will be in place at least 5...

Good Morning Mr Lambert, please accept our apologies for the issues you have had, I have e-mailed you separately as I need to understand why you are having these issues, we dont have many GU10-6W units returned to us so we are as shocked as you are with how quickly the units have failed. Hi Nicholas, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the bulbs are failing quicker than what you anticipated, please do accept my apologies. We do offer you a 2 year standard warranty, which you have extended to 5 years, so any failures will always be replaced. Next time you have a failure please call in and let us know and we will get the faulty item returned so our onsite electrician can test them to see where the issue lies. Thank you Kirsty
