I still haven't received the product even though in the site it said 48-72 hours and its been more than that already..Still waiting..

Hi, after speaking to you on the phone about this issue we figured out that your order wasn't delivered to your home in Bulgaria because your doorbell was not working at the time. I haven’t even received my products yet despite getting 48hour delivery over a week ago, so I find it frustrating to be asked to rate the service.
